We helped BNI reposition the formidable institution as the best — but with a caring, more welcoming tone. A brand refresh included vision and mission backed by patient research, logo evolution, and consumer-facing videos and print materials.
Like many longstanding brands, Barrow was in need of a logo refresh to match their evolving brand. The original logo was beloved and highly recognizable. We thoughtfully modernized the logo while staying true to its roots.
We extended the reassuring brand message to every touch point. After seeing the brand message and the look in videos and on the website, customers are reassured again by posters in the hospital.
