Phoenix-based, full-service ad agency recognized with employee engagement award
PHOENIX (July 12, 2021) – LAVIDGE is honored to be among 51 small businesses recognized on Sunday by AZ Central's 2021 Top Work Places award.
In all, 110 large, medium, and small businesses earned the distinction, published July 11 on azcentral.com and in a special section included with the print edition of The Arizona Republic.
This year is the first that AZ Central's employee-engagement recognition program was conducted through Energage, and under its new name.
Although it's a new partner for Arizona, Energage has a 15-year history of doing culture research for companies by surveying employees to find out exactly what they believe and feel about working for—and with—their employers.
